ReplyDeleteI was just wondering if a "Militia" is assembled, armed and trying to take over the government (Military-Coup style), then does the government have a right to fight against the militia? Kind of a play on words scenario

ReplyDeleteIf Obama or any other president should decide that the federal second amendment is no longer needed or relevant and dismisses it by any means, does the individual states own constitutional powers still stand concerning their second amendments?
