Amendment 2: Right to Bear Arms.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

    I was just wondering if a "Militia" is assembled, armed and trying to take over the government (Military-Coup style), then does the government have a right to fight against the militia? Kind of a play on words scenario

  2. Seems like Obama needs to recuse himself... When he took an oath to unhold and defend the Constitution it meant as it is now NOT as he wants it to be someday!!!

  4. If Obama or any other president should decide that the federal second amendment is no longer needed or relevant and dismisses it by any means, does the individual states own constitutional powers still stand concerning their second amendments?
